Halloween

Jonah was a fireman!
Our Halloween began at Jonah's preschool that morning.  The kids could come to school dressed in their costumes.  They went to chapel with Pastor Gary and then we went trick or treating at the shopping center next door.  We went in all the stores and the bank.  The workers gave the little ones candy and told them how precious they looked.  They really did look darling.

Jonah put his own hat on.

After they got back from trick or treating, they had their party and then went outside.  Jonah was tired after all this, so he took a good nap for his Nini.

That night we went over to Jennifer and Brian's to babysit Eli while they took Jonah to several houses right around theirs.
Here they go!!!
                                                               Jonah is ready to go.

Trick or treating was hard work

After trick or treating, we toasted marshmellows and made so'mores.  Yummy!! They made me one because Eli and I were inside. Jonah had a really good time being out after dark on the deck.  He liked looking for bugs in Lacy's water dish.  Oh, the world of a 2 year old.

Papa and I were pretty tired when we went home,
but we had lots of fun.
