Jonah had his party the day before his birthday because he had a little friend's party to go to on his birthday. Jonahs' party was not big this year. We were there with Brian and Jennifer. Brian's mom and grandmother were coming but both had a virus, so neither got to attend. Jonah had a good time,though and loved his cake and presents. We ate hamburgers and hotdogs first. I asked Jonah what he wanted to eat. He replied, "Cake". I told him he couldn't have it right then, and he said,"Have it,have it". Papa is watching to make sure he didn't get in it before we ate lunch.
Jonah loves anything with backhoes, dump trucks, etc.

Jonah loves cake because he doesn't get it often at all. Jennifer and Brian try to limit his sugar intake.
Steve and I gave him a truck that he could ride on. He loved it. We had gotten him a dump truck to play with at our house, and he was always trying to ride it, so we thought he might like one he really could ride.
Brian & Jennifer got him a big Lego set.
Eli slept through most of the party!!
Life is not dull with 2 little ones now!!
Jonah almost went to sleep before he ate cake, so we had to hurry the party along, but you would never know it looking at the picture ! Jonah took a really good nap after we left. I think his parents did too. |
